We have exciting news! We're renovating for you. From a new, more comfortable and convenient location to a scheduling system that will allow us to provide you with better service. Find us on Santísima Trinidad Avenue, between Teniente Morel and Sacramento streets. ​Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Appointment scheduling is available for all drivers who have an active account or have previously had one.

Click here to schedule your appointment.
Select the reason for your visit.
Choose the time and day you would like to be served
Once you have the date and time selected, proceed to fill out your personal information: full name, cell phone number and email address (with which you are registered in the app)
If you want to change the time or date, click Modify.
If you entered your information incorrectly, please cancel the appointment and create a new one.

Important!

* If you want to register as a driver (if you don't have an account), please visit our Customer Service Center and we will assist you in the order you arrive.

Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your turn and respect the established schedule, otherwise you could miss your turn.
Once your shift is over, we ask that you clear the space so we can better serve other drivers.
Appointments have a maximum duration of approximately 15 minutes - be sure to bring all relevant documentation in physical form to expedite the process.
If for any reason you cannot attend, please cancel your appointment.
