Vehicle requirements

In order to ensure a safe and reliable platform and to maintain an appropriate standard, we expect our partners to observe the vehicle requirements and documents as stipulated by the Ministry of Transportation. - Vehicles maximum age of 14 years - Functional seatbelts for all seats - Vehicle must be privately owned by a Malaysian citizen - Valid Road Tax - Valid Car Grant/VOC - E-hailing Insurance Cover Note - PUSPAKOM Inspection Certificate ​ Note: For specific categories, additional requirements apply.

XL

Perfect for passengers traveling in larger groups or with extra luggage. These vehicles are spacious and can accommodate more passengers than standard cars, typically seating up to 6 or 7 people comfortably. - Vehicles maximum age 14 years - Functional seat belts for all seats - Minimum 6 seaters with 6 seat belts - The vehicle must be privately owned by a Malaysian citizen

Scheduled rides are a premium service for passengers that can help you increase your earnings. By accepting scheduled rides, you can plan your trips in advance, reduce waiting time, and maximize your daily fare earnings. Additionally, these rides provide an opportunity to get more consistent passengers, making your driving experience smoother and more profitable. How to accept a Scheduled Ride? Before going online: - Tap the New Scheduled Requests banner OR - Go to Menu (☰) > Scheduled Requests Accepting a ride - Select a request and tap Accept ​ How to view accepted rides: - Go to Menu (☰) > Scheduled Requests > Accepted -See the fixed price, pickup time, and required time to go online How to complete a Scheduled Ride? 1. Be online on time – Go online by the time shown on the 'Accepted trip' screen. If you're late, the ride goes to another driver 2. Receiving Other Ride Requests – You’ll only receive ride requests that don’t overlap with your scheduled ride and are close to the drop-off point 3. Head to the pickup – Tap 'Start driving' when you're ready 4. Mark arrival – Tap 'Arriving' when you reach the pickup point 5. Wait for the passenger – They have 5 minutes from the scheduled time to show up 6. Start the ride – Tap 'Start the ride' only when the passenger is in the car Arriving early? That’s great! Just note that the 5-minute wait time starts from the scheduled pickup time, and any extra wait time before that won’t be compensated. How to cancel a Scheduled Ride? Before the scheduled pickup time: - Go to your Accepted orders view in the Bolt Driver app - Select the relevant ride - Tap Cancel to remove the booking - After the scheduled departure time: - Tap Start driving - Then tap Cancel to end the ride Note: Repeated cancellations of scheduled rides may result in this feature being disabled for your account. If the passenger doesn’t show up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time: - Tap Cancel - Select the appropriate cancellation reason - You will automatically receive a cancellation fee Note: If the passenger cancels less than one hour before the scheduled pickup time, the cancellation fee will also be applied and added to your earnings automatically.
