The team’s goal is to protect the information and systems that support Bolt’s operations and assets. Our team creates and implements relevant policies, rules, technical safeguards, and measures to ensure that common security objectives such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability are met.
Our teams
One of the exposed high-value assets is our service platform. Our goal is to help teams identify and handle malicious traffic and not block legitimate traffic in the way. Considering the amount of traffic our service platform handles, this is a challenging and interesting area to work in.
The Internal Security team is working on the attack surface of our laptops, phones, and cloud-based tools with the newest commercial tools and developing in-house solutions to handle security intelligence collected from different data sources and integrated tools.
Behind the success of our products and services are exceptional people creating apps with great usability and features. Even the greatest minds make mistakes sometimes, and our goal is to identify or, even better — prevent these mistakes from ending up in customer apps. As new business verticals are added and existing ones evolve, all activities related to the security of our products must be kept up-to-date to meet our ever-changing attack surface.
