When you ride with Bolt, you're never on your own. Behind the scenes, over 500 real people are working to ensure you get where you're going safely. We call them the Bolt Safety Team — and they’re behind all of our safety features and processes.

The Emergency Assist SOS button gives you a quick and discreet way to alert the emergency services should you, or someone else, need assistance. Once you confirm the request, the emergency services will see your live location and details of the car you’re travelling in.
Women for women.A special ride type that allows women to request rides only from female drivers.
In a few cases, our Safety Team will contact you during the ride to see that you’re okay — part of our Ride Check functionality.
