When you arrive at the designated airport waiting area, you’ll automatically enter a virtual queue that presents the driver who has waited at the area for the longest with the next incoming trip request.

Once in the queue, you’ll see the number of cars queued before you in each ride category. This gives you a better idea of how long you may be waiting for the next incoming request.

Please note:

• If you do not accept the first trip that is allocated to you, you’ll be put at the end of the queue
• If you leave the set waiting area and don’t return within the timeframe suggested on the app, you will lose your spot in the queue.
• Setting your own Custom Pricing or specific Driver Destination may limit your incoming order requests, regardless of your queue number.
