Both driver and rider can cancel the order before the ride starts. Orders cancelled by the rider will only affect your Driver Score if you’re not moving to the rider, moving away from the rider or taking excessive amount of time to reach the rider. If the rider doesn’t show up, it doesn’t affect your Driver Score.
Sometimes, the order may be cancelled automatically due to the failed rider’s payment method verification. Such cancellations also don’t affect your Driver Score.
If you have to cancel the ride due to the incorrect category being chosen or rider misconduct, please select the relevant cancellation reason and report the case to our Support team.
