Receiving unwanted marketing messages

To unsubscribe from Bolt newsletters, open your profile and update the settings in the Communication preferences section.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe directly in the communication channel:

  • Marketing emails: use the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the letter
  • Marketing SMS messages: reply STOP to the message

If you still receive newsletters after trying all available unsubscribe methods, please report the situation to our Support team in the app.

Please note that unsubscribing will not impact operational or transactional messages, such as receipts.
