In Spain, Bolt charges a commission on the final price of each trip. This commission applies to both cash and card rides and is applied to cancellation fees.

Tips, bonuses, airport, and toll fees are not subject to commission.

Commission is calculated automatically and deducted from your weekly earnings. You can see the total sum of commission charged in the Reports section in the Fleet Portal (Bolt Fleets), or the Earnings section of the Driver app.
