Last month, we added Holiday Pay and Journey Fee supplements to our benefits package, which already includes a flexible pension scheme. Since then, we’ve got a lot of feedback on how to make Bolt Boost more visible and user-friendly.
Here’s what will change:
Receive your Holiday Pay Supplement whenever you need it
From now on, you’ll be able to receive your Holiday Pay Supplement with your regular payout the following Monday and request an early cashout.
Learn more about the fees and rules of early cashout here.
See your Holiday Pay Supplements when accepting and completing rides
You’ll see your net earnings and a Holiday Pay Supplement for each ride on the acceptance screen (when you decide to accept or discard the ride request) and on the confirmation screen (when you mark the ride as completed). You can also find this information in your trip history.
Please note that if the passenger requests a stop on the route, the figures on the confirmation screen will differ from those on the acceptance screen.
The daily and weekly breakdowns in the Earnings tab will also include the latest Holiday Pay Supplement information (with a 15-minute delay after the ride completion max).
We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope this update will clarify things. You’re always welcome to discuss your thoughts, suggestions, and questions via the in-app messages.
