Helicopter Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

  • The prize is a 35-minute helicopter ride for up to 3 people from Redhill Aerodome (provided by The London Helicopter and operated by EBG Helicopters https://www.ebghelicopters.co.uk/ ↗).
  • Only one prize is available and only one entry per person and per Instagram account will be considered.
  • The winner will be selected at random at 3 pm 17th December 2021 and will be informed that they have won via Instagram DMs.
  • The winner must coordinate with The London Helicopter directly to arrange a date for the helicopter ride (contact details will be confirmed to the winner). The prize may only be redeemed on dates made available by The London Helicopter, which are subject to change.
  • The prize must be redeemed and the helicopter ride must be arranged prior to 1st June 2022. It will be the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and his guests are available to redeem the prize on the dates made available by The London Helicopter. No alternative prize will be offered if the winner is unable to arrange a suitable date based on the availability provided by The London Helicopter. Neither Bolt nor The London Helicopter are able to guarantee that a date convenient to the winner will be made available.
  • All passengers of the helicopter ride must comply with the terms and conditions for helicopter rides issued by EBG Helicopters (see here for more details - https://www.ebghelicopters.co.uk/contact-us/terms-conditions/ ↗). All entrants should therefore ensure that they are able to comply with such terms and conditions before entering. No alternative prize will be offered if compliance with such terms and conditions is not possible and the helicopter ride cannot proceed.
  • In entering this prize draw you acknowledge that we will process your personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw (including that we will need to pass the winner’s name and contact details to The London Helicopter so that the prize can be claimed).
  • You acknowledge and agree that we may publish your surname for the purposes of announcing the winner and that we may need to disclose your details as may be required by regulation or law.
  • In entering this prize draw you agree that Bolt is not liable nor responsible to the winner (nor any other passengers) for any services provided by EBG Helicopters including the prize.
  • We reserve the right to vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion without notice (including the substitution of the prize at Bolt’s discretion with a reasonably equivalent prize).
