Single Homeless Project Campaign Terms and Conditions 


Introduction

Single Homeless Project (UK Registered Charity No.287779) (the Project) is a registered charity in the United Kingdom providing food and support services to vulnerable communities in London.
Bolt UK is running an in-app campaign to raise charitable funds for this Project and to assist in creating awareness of its cause (the Campaign). 


Definitions 

“Bolt App” means the Bolt application enabling you to request and/or receive Transportation Services.

“Bolt”, "we", "our" or "us" means Bolt Services UK Limited - a registered company under the laws of England and Wales, company number: 11063356, registered address: The Leather Market, Unit J, 175 Long Lane, London, SE1 4GT.

“Campaign” means the charitable initiative whereby Bolt makes donations to the Project, funded in part by the charity category fee paid by you through the Bolt App. 

"Fare" means the fee the Passenger is obligated to pay the Driver for provision of the Transportation Services.

“Passenger”, "you” or “your” and “user” means a person requesting Transportation Services by using the Bolt App.

“Project” means Single Homeless Project (UK Registered Charity No.287779). 

“Terms” means these terms for the Single Homeless Project Campaign.


How it works

When you select the Single Homeless Project “Ride for Warmth” category, an additional fee of GBP £1.00 will be added to your trip price. This £1.00 is payable by you to Bolt as part of your ride cost. For each such trip completed, Bolt will donate £1.00 of its own funds to the Single Homeless Project. Donations are not eligible for tax receipts.


Duration

The Campaign will be available to users on the Bolt App when rides are accepted by Drivers in London from or around December 8, 2025 until December 14, 2025 (inclusive).


Additional Terms and Conditions

Bolt does not receive any commission, fee or other financial benefit from donations made under this Campaign. All charitable contributions associated with the “Ride for Warmth” category are applied in full to the Single Homeless Project.

All donations made in connection with this Campaign are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded or credited back to you.

All other aspects of our relationship stemming from the Campaign shall be governed by the Bolt General Terms and Conditions for Passengers (the “General Terms”), available here.

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail.

Bolt’s Privacy Notice applies to you for the purpose of this Campaign. To review this notice, please visit our website here. 


Changes to Campaign and/or Terms

Bolt may terminate this Campaign at its sole discretion at any time and without notice. 

Bolt may amend these Terms at any time and without notice. Any new or amended Terms will immediately apply towards any future Campaign.


Limitation of Liability 

Bolt’s liability is limited as set out in the General Terms. Bolt is not directly or indirectly liable for any consequences arising out of this Project and the Campaign. 

You understand that the Bolt App facilitates selection of a charity category ride, but that all charitable donations to the Project are made directly by Bolt from its own funds. Bolt is not responsible for the activities of the Project. You agree to hold Bolt harmless from any claim or losses arising out of or which are in any way related to the Project’s fundraising activities and/or this Campaign in each case subject to the General Terms and applicable law.
