Required Documents
To register as a fleet owner, please provide the following:
- Profile Picture
- A recent, clear photo of yourself.
- DVLA Plastic Driving Licence
- Your valid UK driving licence.
- Proof of Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR)
- Any official document from HMRC showing your company name and UTR.
- Business Bank Statement
- The account must be a business account registered under the fleet’s name.
Fleet Driver and Vehicle Requirements
Each driver and vehicle in your fleet must have valid, up-to-date documentation.
Fleet drivers must provide the following:
- DVLA Driving Licence
- DVLA Check Code
- Private Hire Driver Licence
- Private Hire Driver Badge (required in certain cities)
Vehicle Documents
- Each fleet vehicle must have the following:
- Private Hire Vehicle Licence
- Insurance Certificate
- Must cover both the driver and the vehicle.
Depending on your city, you may also need to submit:
- MOT Certificate
- Vehicle Inspection Report
- V5C Logbook
