Airport fees
When the pick-up location is an airport, these fees are automatically added to the final ride price. If the airport fee was not automatically added to the fare, please request a fare review before confirming the final amount.
The airport fees that may be added to your final fare can be found below:

Waiting areas
To be in the queue for airport pick-ups, you will need to be within a designated waiting area, as described below. Select the relevant drop-down to your city.
After receiving a trip request, you'll see the directions to the pick-up point in the app.
Gatwick Airport
For all pick-ups, you must wait in the designated area in the Long Stay South car park:
- Go to the South Terminal roundabout
- Enter the South Terminal
- Take the second left, following the sign for Long Stay South
- Turn left at the fork in the road
The car park is managed by Gatwick airport, and there's a charge of £1.50 (if you stay there for up to 4 hours). The fee will be added to the passenger's fare along with the entry fee to the pick-up zone.
Heathrow Airport
For pick-up, you need to be in the AVA parking area ↗ located on Northern Perimeter Road. Access costs 1 GBP per hour.
Luton Airport
For pick-ups, you need to do the following:
- Drive to either two dedicated waiting areas located at Luton Airport Long-Stay Car Park and Luton Retail Park on Gipsy Lane
- Temporary pick-up areas set-up in Mid-stay Car Park Zone C (dropping off and picking up at Mid-stay Car Park is free for 30 minutes)
Manchester Airport
A dedicated area for drivers of private hire vehicles is available at Jet Parks 1.
This area is for private hire drivers to wait for passengers before picking them up from the short-stay car parks, as directed in the app.
The following fees will apply and are payable upon exit of the Area:
- Up to 1 hour: £1.00
- 1 - 2 hours: £1.50
- 2 - 3 hours: £2.00
After 3 hours vehicles must leave the Area or re-circulate back into the Area.
Stansted Airport
For pick-up, you need to be in the Birchanger Green service station area.
