How to contact a passenger

You will be able to contact the passenger after accepting their request. There are two options available in the app:

  • You can send the passenger an in-app message. This option will be available until you start the trip. The history of the messages will be deleted upon completion of the trip.
  • You can call the passenger. The option will also be available for 24 hours after the trip has ended.

Please note that you can call the passenger only from the phone number registered on your profile.

If the request was cancelled, the option to call will be disabled. If the trip was cancelled or 24 hours have passed, report an issue to our Support team through the app.
