I can't find the e-bike view in the app

If you can't find the e-bike icon or the tab on your screen, please make sure that:

  • Your app version is up-to-date
  • You are using iPhone or Android devices. E-bikes are not supported on Windows phones.
  • Your geolocation services are turned on.
