Private Hire Drivers
To change your banking details, log in to the Driver Portal and upload a bank statement for the new account you wish to use. The bank statement should include the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- SORT code
- Account number
- Issue date or a transaction date (must be within the last 3 months).
Once you have uploaded the statement in the My documents section, it will be approved as soon as possible and the details will be updated.

To change your banking details, please contact Customer Support and send new account number and sort code.
Supported bank accounts
We only accept personal bank accounts in the national currency (GBP) registered in the United Kingdom.
