Both driver and passenger can cancel the order before the ride starts. Orders cancelled by the passenger or because the passenger hasn’t shown up don’t affect your activity score.
Sometimes, the order may be cancelled automatically due to the failed passenger's payment method verification. Such cancellations also don’t affect your activity score.
If you have to cancel the ride due to the incorrect category being chosen or passenger misconduct, please select the relevant cancellation reason and report the case to our Support team.
