If the passenger had to pay more than expected, please report this ride to us:

  • Do not confirm the price in the app
  • Report a problem with the price
  • Choose the relevant reason and leave a comment.

We will review the order details. When the price review is completed, the trip price will be shown in the ride history.

The passenger may be overcharged if:

  • Trip did not happen but was started in the app
  • Trip was not started or finished on time due to various reasons
  • Rider paid for the trip using the payment method different from the originally chosen
  • Incorrect route was chosen.
