The Bolt rewards program provides certain rewards or discounts on the 1st of every month. Drivers who meet the criteria for the program, are added to a specific level for the upcoming month.

Points for Bolt rewards program are calculated based on finished rides and finished rides during peak hours. Peak hours are the time of the day when the demand is high, therefore ride prices go up, which can help to increase your earnings.

You will be eligible for rewards offered at each level if you collect enough points and keep your Driver Score and Acceptance Rate at a certain level that's visible to you in the Driver App under each level description.

All points reset to 0 on the 1st of every month and the level you reach is valid from when you unlock it until the end of the month. To maintain a certain level you must collect points required to unlock the next level.
