If you have accepted a delivery, please try to complete the order and then set yourself offline.
You can unassign orders via the app. To unassign an order:
- Tap the Information (i) button next to the customer’s name
- Choose a reason for unassigning the order
- Tap the Unassign order button.
Note: Make sure you have the latest version of the app. If you reach the limit of unassigned orders, please contact Support via the app.
Orders can also be reassigned to a different courier by Support when:
- The order/parcel is too big for your bag or vehicle
- You are having issues with your vehicle
- You were in an accident.
