If a rider made a mess in your car, please follow the process as described below:
- Contact our Support Team and provide the following information:
- Photos of the mess, including both close-up and zoomed-out views
- Ride details and a brief description of the situation
- Receipt for the cleaning service after the mess has been cleaned
- The cleaning fee must be agreed on the spot between you and the rider
