When you receive a new order, you will: 

• Hear a notification
• See a green New orders screen.

Tap anywhere on the screen to continue. Please check the basket items and the customer’s comments. Tap the Accept button. 

If you can’t accept the order for any reason, please click the Help button. Choose the relevant option from the list.
