I am receiving unwanted marketing messages

To unsubscribe from Bolt newsletters, open your profile and update the settings in the Communication preferences section.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe directly in the communication channel:

  • Marketing emails: use the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the letter
  • Marketing SMS messages: reply STOP to the message

If you still receive newsletters after trying all available unsubscribe methods, please report the situation to our Support team in the app.

Note: Unsubscribing will not impact operational or transactional messages, such as receipts.
