Who can request an Early Cashout
To be eligible for Early Cashout, here are the steps that you need to take:
- Your Bolt driver account must be older than 2 weeks;
- Provide correct mobile wallet details;
- You completed at least 25 trips with no irregular/suspicious activity;
- Your Bolt Driver app runs on the latest version — 13.0 for Android and 12.0 for iOS
- The minimum balance of KES 170 to get a cashout. The early cashout amount is limited to KES 25,000
- Each early cashout is charged KES 52 by our mobile money operator. Cashout can only be used ONCE a day
- At the moment Bolt Cashout is available to Safaricom and Airtel phone numbers.
How to request an Early Cashout
Requesting a cashout is easy and takes just a few steps:
- Log in to your Bolt account;
- Go to Balances;
- Tap the Request Cashout button;
- Confirm your cashout;
- Receive your cashout!
Please note that if you request a cashout Monday – Friday from 10AM – 2PM, it will be processed within one hour. Requests before 10AM are processed the same day and requests at other times (weekends and holidays) are processed the next working day. Bolt’s Early cashouts are processed 24/7 and take just 5 minutes to reach you.
