Our Commitment in Action: Flood Assist Category Launched with KES 10 Million Donation Drive for flood relief

Amidst the aftermath of the destructive floods that have ravaged Kenya, we have taken a significant step forward by introducing an innovative initiative to aid flood victims. Collaborating with the Kenya Red Cross, we have unveiled the “Flood Assist” category on our app. This move underscores our strong dedication to providing assistance to those facing desperate circumstances. 

An initial pledge of 5 million KSH

Responding to this urgent call for assistance, we have pledged an initial KES 5 million to kickstart the relief efforts, with an ambitious target of raising KES 10 million through the “Flood Assist” category. Remarkably, 5% of each ride’s revenue from this category will be allocated towards supporting the victims of the recent floods, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those affected.

Through the “Flood Assist” category on the Bolt app, users can actively contribute to relief efforts with every ride.
