Price Parity Guarantee
- Participating brands (IKI, VYNOTEKA, KIKA, CHARLOT, CANDY POP, Odore D’amore, HobbyShop, Kamado Bono, Game Room) guarantee that the standard prices of items offered on their Bolt Food web-store match the standard prices in their physical retail stores. Price parity applies only to regular, non-promotional pricing set by each participating retailer.
- Temporary, ad-hoc, or location-specific discounts applied by individual brick-and-mortar stores may not be reflected in the prices displayed on the Bolt Food web-store. As a result, final in-store prices may differ from web-store prices in cases where such promotions or discounts are applied at the store level.
- Price parity does not apply to:
- Loyalty program prices or member-only discounts
- Clearance or end-of-line reductions
- Store-specific promotional campaigns
- Pricing errors or system discrepancies
- Price parity is available only in stores and regions where the participating partner operates and where Bolt Food service is active. Not all items available in physical retail stores may be listed on the Bolt Food web-store, and availability may vary by location.
- Participating web-stores reserve the right to update their pricing, product selection, and promotional offers at any time. Bolt Food may modify, suspend, or terminate the Price Parity Guarantee campaign at its discretion.
- The campaign is active from 2025-12-02 to 2025-12-31. Any material changes will be communicated via the Bolt Food platform or participating partner pages.
- Bolt Food is not responsible for pricing variations caused by partner-specific operational decisions, discounting practices, or in-store promotions. In case of discrepancy, customers should refer to the official pricing provided by the participating retailer.
- If any price disparity becomes evident, you can contact the web-store directly via the contact information provided in-app, write to Bolt’s customer services using in-app chat function or using an email [email protected].
