I can't finish the ride

If you can’t finish the ride, please make sure that:

  • You are in the area where parking is allowed. If you’re located in a non-parking area, the Finish ride option will be disabled, and a message will be displayed in the app
  • You are near the car
  • Your geolocation services are turned on
  • The car doors are closed, and the engine is turned off
  • If the car has a key holder in the glove compartment, attach the car keys and fuel card to the magnetic key holder and try finishing the ride again.
