All of our petrol-engine vehicles are equipped with a fuel card. You can find it behind the driver's sun visor or in the glove compartment. If it's not there, check other places where the previous user may have left it - open the armrest, check the doors, under the seats, or in the central console.

If you can't find it, there are a few options:

• You may pay for the fuel - please save the receipt and send it to our Support team along with your bank account details so we can reimburse you for the costs.
• If it's not possible, check if there's another car nearby and finish the current ride to reserve another car.
