Please make sure to maintain your Bolt bag. You can do so by following these tips:

Clean it on a regular basis

You should do that once a day when you operate before you start or after you finish. Make sure you clean it properly outside and inside. Keep an eye on the condition of your bag during operations. If it gets dirty — take some time to wash the dirt off.

Do not leave it outside/on the street without sight when not using it

Please keep your bag inside in a safe space when you are not using it. Bolt will collect all those bags that are seen outside without any courier in sight.

Exchange the bag if it's broken or damaged

If your equipment gets broken or damaged at some point, please contact Support.
