How to Maintain a High Driver Score
Your score is only affected by actions under your control, so you have every opportunity to improve it. If you cannot start driving to the passenger immediately, do not accept the order. If you are unavailable, go offline to avoid negative impact on your score.
Reporting Issues
We care about our partner drivers and take every concern seriously. Always report inappropriate passenger behavior—passengers who break the rules may lose access to the platform temporarily or permanently.
Account Access and Professionalism
Your access to the Bolt platform may be restricted if there are signs of unwanted or dangerous behavior during your trips. If you believe your access was restricted unfairly, contact us. We will review your trips and respond within 30 days. To avoid losing access, always act professionally. Accepting a trip means you are committed to completing it.
