Immediately notify the police and paramedics if necessary and inform us about the situation by requesting a callback via the app.

Please note!

• Every accident must be reported! Please always inform the police and Bolt support immediately.
• Failing to report an accident to Bolt immediately may result in a charged penalty and the costs for the damage incurred.
• The assessment of whether damage has actually occurred is the sole responsibility of BOLT.
• The question of guilt is resolved exclusively by Bolt and the Insurance Provider.

For Germany Only Please provide within 24 hours all of the following information and complete this damage report form ↗.

The report must also contain:

• Time and date of the accident;
• Photo of both sides of Police report paper;
• Photo of the accident site;
• Clear photos of all 4 sides (front, back, passenger & driver) of the Bolt Vehicle. Please ensure the license plate is visible in each of the photos;
• A clear photo of the damaged section of the Bolt vehicle;
• A clear photo of the opposing vehicle (with license plate) or obstacle.

Describe the accident circumstances in detail and please ensure to provide your version of who is the responsible party.

If possible, ensure the vehicle is moved to a safe location.

Leave the keys in the glove compartment with the magnet attached and end the trip.
