If you have filled up the car with the wrong type of fuel, different from the one indicated on the fuel tank door, please don't continue driving the vehicle as the wrong fuel may damage the engine. Instead, park it safely and call our Support team.

Our team will arrange for the fuel to be pumped out of the vehicle. Please note that you may have to reimburse the costs. You can find more information on the List of Penalties and Additional Fees ↗ and in the General Terms and Conditions.
