How to access my personal data

You can access your data in the Driver Portal or request data transfer directly in the Bolt Driver app. To see which data is available, visit our website. To find the transfer option, go to the menu > Privacy > Your personal data.

For data that is not accessible through the Driver Portal or the app, contact our Customer Support team.
