If you want to delete your account, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Bolt Food app
- Click on the profile icon in the bottom right corner
- Click on Profile
- Click on the Delete account button
It's only possible to delete your account when any outstanding payments have been made.
Once your account is deleted, you won’t be able to restore any information connected to it, including your credit card information, promotions, and Bolt Balance. Please note that if you delete your account, your ride-hailing account will also be deleted.
Although your data will be deleted, we still keep information such as invoices and payment information to comply with the law and as stated in our Privacy Policy.
