Transportation of luggage and other items belonging to the client can be carried out both in the trunk and in the passenger compartment of the car, provided that the luggage passes freely through the doorways of the car.

If you need to transport oversized cargo, please contact the driver immediately after ordering the trip and get the appropriate consent.

Since the Bolt service does not have an additional service for the transportation of oversized cargo, the driver has the right to cancel such an order.

Note:

• It is forbidden to carry luggage and items that may stain or damage the car interior
• If the carried baggage has stained the interior or damaged the vehicle, the passenger is fully responsible for covering the costs of interior cleaning and car repairs.
