You can edit the following account details via the Bolt Food app:
- First and last names
- Email address
- Phone number
To edit your account information, follow these steps:
- Tap on the Profile icon on the bottom bar
- Tap your name and phone number, or the Profile tab
- Select the piece of information you want to edit
- Update the details
- Your information will be updated automatically, but you may be required to verify your details.
If you update your phone number, you will receive a verification request to your new phone number via SMS. Ensure you verify your new phone number by following the instructions in the SMS sent by Bolt. Once the phone number is verified, it will be updated automatically in your profile.
When you update your personal information in the Bolt Food app, the changes are also applied to the Bolt ride-hailing app.
