- Meet all the RDW requirements ↗ for taxi vehicles
- Be registered as a taxi ↗
- Be clean and well-maintained
- Have no external or internal damage
- Not have any visible commercial branding, logos, or advertisements

- Maximum vehicle age: 15 years
- Minimum seats: 4 (excluding the driver)
Comfort
- Maximum vehicle age: 7 years
- Minimum seats: 4 (excluding the driver)
- Vehicle type: Sedan, station wagon, SUV, electric minivan
- Excellent vehicle condition
