According to the Regulation on the Use of On-Board Computers and On-Board Computer Cards, as a driver, you must activate the taxi mode at the start of the ride and enter the beginning and end of the ride.
When picking up a passenger, you start a ride in taxi mode and close it with the gross fare, determined by the agreed price. If the BCT is not connected to the taximeter, you must manually enter the gross fare.
The Passenger Transport Decree 2000 requires the BCT to record data such as:
- Passenger transport number,
- Chamber of Commerce number,
- Driver card number,
- Date and time of each ride,
- Departure and arrival location
- Distance and price of the ride, including surcharges.
As a driver, you must register every taxi ride in the On-Board Computer Taxi (BCT), regardless of the type of transport.
