How do I get the latest Bolt Plus benefits?
These benefits are subject to change as we always look to improve the service. Please make sure you have the newest version of the Bolt app in order to access the latest benefits. We’ll inform you of any significant changes to the benefits offered.
Where can I use Bolt Plus?
Bolt Plus benefits are valid only within the country in which you’ve signed up for membership.
Please note that Rides benefits do not cover Bolt Business rides. The free delivery benefit is applicable to all restaurants and stores marked with the Bolt Plus logo in the Bolt Food app.
How does Bolt Plus work?
Once you sign up, you’ll automatically receive the benefits described in the subscriptions section of your app. For Rides, you will receive 10-15% back in bolt balance rewards for rides you take, priority pickup for your rides and access to other benefits. For Bolt Food, you will get free delivery benefits*, and couriers will prioritize your delivery. Learn more about these benefits in the FAQs below.
How do I cancel Bolt Plus?
You can cancel your membership in your Bolt app 24 hours before its renewal. If you cancel within 14 days of the beginning of your membership, you will be entitled to a refund. If you cancel any time after 14 days of the beginning of your membership — the amount will not be refunded; however, your membership benefits will still be available until the end of your membership period.
How do I renew my Bolt Plus membership?
Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can also check, cancel and manage your membership in your Bolt app.
