Vehicle requirements
To be eligible to for our platform, your vehicle must meet the following requirements:
- The car cannot be more than 7 years old.
- Capacity cannot exceed 9 seats
- 5 doors
- Have all the legally required insurance requirements
Document requirements
Vehicle Document/Registration Certificate
- The document must be an original photograph and in color, scans are not accepted
Professional Insurance Policy (Particular Conditions) has to include:
- The owner of the vehicle as the insurance holder (with the exception of cases of usufruct, sale with reservation of ownership and financial leasing)
- Policy Number that matches the number on the Green Card
- Civil liability coverage equal to or greater than €50,000,000
- Occupant Protection Coverage (Death or Permanent Disability) equal to or greater than €10,000
- Explicit in the insurance that it covers incidents that occurred through TVDE activity
- Insurance must be active. You can check it on the Autoridade Supervisão de Seguros e Fundos de Pensões ↗.
The Professional Insurance Policy (Green Card) has to include:
- The owner of the vehicle as the insurance holder (with the exception of cases of usufruct, sale with reservation of ownership and financial leasing)
- Policy Number that matches the number in the Particular Conditions
Periodic Technical Inspection
- has to mention compliance with the requirements of Law No. 45/2018
Note: The vehicle must be owned by the fleet or be in some way legally associated with it. If the vehicle doesn’t belong to the fleet, please attach a document that proves the relationship between the vehicle and the fleet.
