If the payment for a pass didn't go through, you will receive an error message. Payment may fail because of various reasons:
- There are insufficient funds on your card
- Your card has expired
- E-commerce transactions aren’t enabled for your card
- You have exceeded your daily/monthly limit for online purchases.
Please approach your bank or card issuer to allow online transactions or review your daily/monthly limit. If needed, top-up your card balance.
When you have enough balance or after your card issuer has confirmed the transaction can be retried, please try purchasing a pass again.
