How to protect my compromised account

If you believe that someone else has gained access to your driver account, please follow the instructions below based on the applicable scenario.

I received an email notification about a login from a new device that I do not recognise:

  • Check that the phone number registered on your driver account matches the one you are currently using
  • Check for any suspicious changes to your personal information in Driver Portal (payment details etc)
  • Contact our Support team to provide the relevant info from the login notification (time, device used, phone number) and report any changes made to your personal details that you do not recognise.
  • In case you do not recognise the phone number used for the login, or it’s a previous phone number of yours, provide your current phone number.

I have detetected suspicious activity on my account but have not received an email notification:

In case you notice changes to your personal information you didn’t make or rides in the order history you don’t recognise, please:

  • Change your password to a more secure one using the Forgot password? option on the login page
  • Contact our Support team for further assistance.

In case you are unable to log in to your driver app, please contact our Support team via email (list of cities and local emails).
