To add a driver to your fleet, please upload the documents to the Fleet Portal. In the Driver section, upload the following:
- Driver's face photo (ID card photos and photos with sunglasses are not accepted)
- ID card (front and back)
- TVDE driver certificate
- Up to date criminal record.
Important:
- To submit new documents of an existing driver, submit them from the driver’s app or portal
- If the driver is switching the partner, the process will be the same as adding a new driver, but only the email and phone number are needed.
