Bolt commission fee

We joined Bolt for a variety of reasons, but we all agree that the most important thing is the net income at the end of each workday. Bolt applies a fee to the total cost of each ride, whether paid in cash or by card. It's important to note that fees do not affect tips, bonuses, or tolls. 1. Look for the “Income” section 2. Click on “Balance” 3. Click “Pay Bolt” 4. You'll then see a screen with your payment information, including a reference number. 5. Go to the nearest Infonet Point. 6. Once there, I asked to pay a DLOCAL bill and presented the reference number to the cashier. 7. Make the payment. 8. And that's it! You can keep driving!

Important information about commission

The amount is automatically calculated and reflected in your app balance. You can check the total in the "Today's Earnings" section of the Bolt Driver app.
When you travel with card payments or complete a campaign or bonus, the amount is automatically debited, allowing you to work without having to go to a collection agency.
When customers pay in cash, the outstanding Bolt commission balance will increase until you can clear it. We recommend paying the commission before reaching the thresholds set by category to ensure the highest number of rides possible.

How do I pay the commission?

When you notice that you are reaching a negative balance of around 200,000 P YG in Cars and 65,000 PYG in Motorcycles , go to any Infonet collection agency. When you have a positive balance of more than 50,000 gs at the end of the week, it will be deposited into your account on Monday of the following week.

How do I receive my Bolt payments?

The first step to receiving payments from Bolt is to make sure your bank details are correctly entered into your driver profile. Not sure how to verify this information on your profile? Follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Bolt Driver app 2. Go to the Help section . 3. Click on “Change Account Information” 4. Scroll down and verify that your account information and banking details are correct. If you have any questions, check with your bank's app or contact them directly.

What data should I upload?

INCORRECT It is important to remember that when entering details in the bank details section, the 16 digits of the credit or debit card should not be provided, as this will prevent you from receiving the corresponding money. CORRECT Include your digital bank account information. If you have any questions about your account number, we recommend contacting your bank for personalized assistance and to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. *Remember that the account number and bank details must be in your name and can be from any bank of your choice. Avoid using someone else's bank account, whether a friend or family member, as in these cases you won't be able to receive your payment. Keep your bank details up to date and never miss a single payment.
