Thanks to this agreement, you now have insurance that protects you in case of incidents during a trip. Coverage applies from the moment you accept a ride until 30 minutes after it ends.

What does this insurance include?

Compensation in the event of death, organic or functional disability, or permanent physical consequences for both the driver and the passenger.

Coverage for medical, pharmaceutical, and hospital expenses resulting from an accident during the trip.

Compensation for rest days, in case you are unable to work as a result of the incident.

It is important to note that this insurance does not cover:

• Material damage to the vehicle.
• Damage to external structures.

Injuries to third parties other than the passenger or driver.

For coverage to be valid, the trip must have been made by a Bolt-registered driver, using a vehicle also registered on the platform, and complying with current traffic regulations.

What to do in case of an incident?

In the event of an accident or situation requiring insurance activation, it is essential to report it through the app's support channel. If the driver cannot do so in person, a third party can handle the process, provided they present the necessary documentation to support the incident.
