Bolt San Juan Say Yes to Bolt Campaign Terms and Conditions for Bolt Paraguay
1. General
1.1. Bolt Operations OÜ, with company number 14532901 and registered address at Vana-Lõuna tn 15, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia is the organiser of the Campaign “San Juan dice que sí a Bolt” (Campaign).
1.2. The Campaign is only held for the country of Paraguay and is organized as follows:
a. The Participation in the “San Juan dice que sí a Bolt” Campaign is made solely through the dedicated Campaign post on the Official Bolt Paraguay Instagram Account “@bolt_paraguay”.To enter the competition, Participants must:
• Follow @bolt_paraguay
• Tag 1 friends in the comments in the dedicated Campaign post on the official Bolt Paraguay Instagram Account @bolt_paraguay
• Comment on the a positive or funny experience during the san juan festival in the dedicated Campaign post on the official Bolt Paraguay Instagram @bolt_paraguay
1.3. The Campaign will be publicized on the Instagram Pages of the influencers, but the participation can only be made through the dedicated Campaign post on the Official Bolt Paraguay Instagram Account, in the aforementioned terms.
1.4. The participation period for the Campaign will be from June 12th to June 30th (GMT -3) (inclusive) (Term of the Campaign).
1.5. Only current residents in the country of Paraguay aged 18 or older (or have full legal capacity in the country of citizenship) (Participants) are eligible to have the possibility to be part of this competition chosen as a Winner.
1.6. The procedure of the Campaign is established in the current Terms and Conditions and in the conditions specified in the promotional and additional materials of the Campaign, which are mandatory for all Participants.
1.7. Prior registration for the Campaign is not required. Participation in the Campaign is defined when the Participant completes the necessary actions outlined in Clause 1.2.a above, which implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
1.8. Employees of Bolt are not eligible to participate.
1.9. This Campaign is not a lottery or any other form of gambling.
1.10. The Jury who will select the Winners of the Campaign is composed by employees of Bolt Paraguay.
1.11. The Winners, who will be 31 (thirty one), are ranked from first to last place, and will be selected based on the creativity, positivity and engagement of the comment mentioned in 1.2, a).
2. Choosing a Winner
2.1. The Winners will be chosen by the Jury composed of employees of Bolt Paraguay in the terms stated in 1.11., by selecting the best positive or funny experience during the san juan festival, mention one friend and last follows the Instagram account of Bolt Paraguay @bolt_paraguay
2.2. The Winners will be contacted by the employees of Bolt Paraguay via email or DM stated in the Form by July 1st to 7th (GMT -3), and afterward announced via Bolt's social media and other communication channel/s.
2.2.1. Bolt shall not be liable for any notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Winner for any reason. If the Winner cannot be reached and/or fails to respond to confirm email address within 10 (ten) calendar days from when the initial email is sent, the Winner will be considered to have forfeited the Prize. In the event the Prize is forfeited Bolt reserves the right to select another Winner.
2.3. Bolt reserves the right to publish the names of the Winners on Bolt’s blog, Bolt’s website, in client, PR communications, e-mails and/or social media channels without additional confirmation from the Winner other than submitting this information via the Form.
3. Prize
3.1. The Participants who are chosen by the Jury as the Winners of the Campaign will receive the following prizes (the Prizes) according to their awarded place in the Campaign:
• First place and second place: 1 (one) Air Fryer Xiaomi Essential BHR8588EU 220v each winner
• The following 30 winners will be awarded one of the following prizes according to their awarded placed in the raking:
• 5 promo codes, 200.000 Gs (Guaraníes, Paraguay Local Currency) 21.97 EUROS (exchange rate 9.107 Gs, date June 3rd, 2025), as described further in section 3.2 below, for however many rides in the Bolt App until the value of the promo codes finishes.
3.2. The promo codes mentioned in the previous number, offering discounts for Bolt rides, are valid for 2 months from the time the code is sent to the Winner. The promo codes can only be used in the country it is issued for. The promo codes offer a set of discounts off the full price of a set number of rides. If the price of the ride is lower than the discount, the discount is applied to the full ride price, and the unused discount cannot be transferred to another ride or by any other means. If the ride price is higher than the discount, the discount is applied to the full price, and the remaining cost of the ride is covered by the rider via their preferred payment method. The total value of the Prize promo codes and the applicable discounts is as follows (Form entries from countries not included in the clause 1.4. of these Terms do not qualify for the Prize)
3.3. The Prizes will be given out to the Winners in the following terms:
a) Regarding the promo codes, through email, or direct message via Instagram or WhatsApp, through the account verifiably associated to the winner and after verification that the winner is a resident of the country the Prize promo code is issued for;,
b) Regarding the physical prizes, they will be delivered at the offices of Bolt Paraguay, the address of which is Av. Santa Teresa - Paseo La Galería, Tower 1, Floor 14 after the Winner has responded to the Influencer’s and Bolt Paraguay request within 10 (ten) calendar days, after confirming the winner’s identity and verifying that the winner is a resident in Paraguay .
3.4. The Prizes will not be paid out or reimbursed in cash. The Prizes are not replaceable or exchangeable in any way and Bolt shall not reimburse any expenses the winner may incur related to giving the Prizes.
3.5. There are no hidden fees for the Winner related to getting the Prize.
3.6. It is not possible for a single Participant to win multiple times and to receive multiple prizes.
4. Prohibited activities
4.1. The Participants will not engage in any fraudulent, unethical or unlawful activity, any activity which is not transparent to Bolt, or any activity that intentionally or unintentionally misuses or circumvents the Campaign.
4.2. The Participants will not provide false or misleading information to Bolt (incl. age, legal capacity etc.).
4.3. The Participants will also not display or transmit any material (either directly or indirectly, for example through a referral link or any other media) that:
4.3.1. is inappropriate, unethical, threatening, abusive or invasive of another’s privacy, or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety potential viewers;
4.3.2. is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy potential viewers;
4.3.3. impersonates any person, or misrepresents Participants identity or affiliation with any person;
4.3.4. gives the impression that such material emanates from Bolt unless specifically given to Participants by Bolt for that purpose; or
4.3.5. is detrimental to Bolt’s reputation.
5. Obligations
5.1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participants confirm that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
5.2. Should circumstances of force majeure appear, Bolt shall have the right to discontinue the Campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, Bolt shall provide notice of such discontinuation through Bolt’s website, in client communications, e-mails and/or social media channels.
5.3. Bolt reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the Campaign, including to unilaterally change and supplement the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, without prior notice thereof. Bolt will publish such decisions regarding the Campaign via Bolt’s website, in client communications, e-mails and/or social media channels.
5.4. Bolt has the right to remove any Participant from the Campaign without a prior notice should the Participant infringe the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
5.5. Bolt is not responsible for any faults caused by a third party which prevents the Participant from participating in the Campaign.
6. Privacy
6.1. In the Campaign, Bolt processes the personal data disclosed by the Winners to determine and announce the Winner, according to the processing finalities stated in the GDPR, Art. 6.1 (a) and (b).
6.2. The personal data disclosed by the Winners and processed includes only the personal data provided by the Winners in the Campaign Form, such as their age, gender, city & country, and contact details.
6.3. Bolt may share Winners’ personal data with other entities within Bolt group, providers of online cloud storage services, and other essential IT services. In case Bolt receives a legal request from a public authority, it may also be obliged to share Winner’s personal data with them.
6.4. Where Bolt shares Winners’ data outside of the EU or EEA, such transfer of Winners’ personal data will take place only under an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or upon appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Safeguard details can be requested at privacy@bolt.eu.
6.5. The Winners have a right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. Where a Winners’ personal data is processed on the basis of a consent, the Winners have a right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In case of any unresolved privacy concerns, the Winners have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
6.6. You can use this form (https://bolt.eu/en/privacy/data-subject/) to submit requests regarding your personal data or contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at privacy@bolt.eu.
6.7. Bolt will use the Winners’ personal data provided for the Campaign until the Winners are announced, but not later than for 5 months. After this period, Bolt will fully anonymise the Winners’ personal data. Such anonymised and aggregated data could be used by Bolt for research purposes.

7. Contact Bolt
7.1. All complaints, questions related to the organisation of the Campaign must be presented to Bolt via following e-mail giveaways@bolt.eu or by post at Bolt Operations OÜ, Vana-Lõuna tn 15, Tallinn, 10134 during the Term of the Campaign. Bolt will not process complaints regarding the Campaign which will be sent after the Term of the Campaign.
