You may receive orders outside of your selected radius if there are no other available drivers closer to the rider’s pickup location.
Such orders are easily identifiable as a banner will be displayed on top of the screen to highlight that the incoming order is outside of your set radius.
If you decline such order, it will not affect your activity score or your eligibility for specific bonus campaigns.
You can change your preferred radius in the app by tapping the Preferences icon on the right side of the screen.
