What is the PIN code and when is it needed?
Some orders require a PIN code from the customer to confirm delivery. This ensures the order is handed to the correct person.
Where can customers find their PIN code?
Customers see their code on the active order screen in the Bolt Food app, under the estimated time of arrival.
How do I confirm delivery with the PIN code?
- Swipe the “Arrived” button in your app.
- Select “Enter PIN”.
- Ask the customer for their 4-digit code and enter it in the app.
What if the code doesn’t work?
- If the code is incorrect, ask the customer to repeat it and try again.
- If the customer doesn’t have a code, or if you face technical issues, please contact Customer Support through the app.
