If you need to receive the receipts to a different email address, simply change the email address in your profile.
You can download or resend a Ride-hailing trip receipt in the app:
- Click on My rides
- Tap the relevant trip
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and tap Get receipt.
- Tap Download to get the invoice.
- Tap Resend receipt to get your receipt via email.
To export all your invoices or resend a receipt for a scooter, or e-bike ride (where the services are available), please reach out to our Support team.
