You have to check the customer’s ID when the delivery contains items that have an age restriction. 

When you arrive at the address, ask the customer to present their valid identification. Any government-issued forms of identification are acceptable.

Please check the document to verify that they are the legal age to consume alcohol. After confirming the customer’s age, finish the order in the app:

• Check the Verify the client’s age block
• Check the Deliver order block
• Click the Delivered button.

In case the customer refuses to show their ID or is not over 18 years old, do not give them the age-restricted item and contact Support immediately.
